The PD Tester is designed to be very intuitive and can be sucessfully
operated with very little training. Each tester has a Quick Refererence
instruction guide adhered to the surface of the enclosure describing
the basic operation of the system. However, each tester also includes
two copies of an extensive operator's manual that exceeds basic
operating instructions, and includes such topics as how to troubleshoot
faulty wiring systems.
It is no secret that most product manuals are discarded within minutes
of putting a piece of equipment into service, but the manual for the PD
Tester is so informative and goes beyond basic operation, that most
owners permananetly adhere a copy of the manual to the tester as a
reference for diagnosing wiring problems with power distribution
equipment.
